SiteScout

Six numbers tell you whether your website works.

We test your site the way Google does and send you the report. If the numbers are bad, we can talk about rebuilding. If they are fine, that is the answer, and it cost you nothing.

Example business, illustrative numbers.

It's me, not an agency.

I'm Ollie Bennett. Bennett H Enterprises is small and based in Adelaide, which means the person who measures your site is the person who rebuilds it and the person who picks up the phone afterwards.

I kept meeting owners who had been sold a website and had no way of telling whether they got a good one. Everyone had an opinion and nobody had a measurement. That seemed like a solvable problem.

Exceeded my expectations. After auditing the site and revealing just how bad it was, Ollie built out a brilliant website that I didn't even know was possible.

Read this honestly: the first figure in each pair is their site as it was serving the public. The second is the rebuild measured on a local server, because at the time of writing it has not been put live. Treat the rebuild figures as the build's ceiling rather than a promise. We will say so every time, including when it is inconvenient.

People decide before they read a word.

Two things happen before anyone reads your prices, your hours or your name. A third decides whether they bother getting in touch at all.

Looks

Stanford's Web Credibility Project put two sites in front of people and asked which they trusted. The verdict came from appearance — visual cues outweighed the actual content. If a site doesn't look credible, it doesn't get a second test.

53%

of mobile visits are abandoned once a page takes longer than three seconds to load. Complete Detailing Group's site took 6.2. After the rebuild it takes 2.9.

A person

Clear those two and what people look for next is evidence that someone real is behind it — a name, a face, work they can check. That is why there is a face at the top of this page and a rebuild below it with figures you can re-run.

Evidence before invoice.

Most web work starts with a pitch. This starts with a measurement, because a number you can check yourself is worth more than an opinion you cannot.

  1. We audit what you have

Your site is loaded the way a customer's phone loads it and scored against the public benchmarks Google publishes: performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO, how long the largest thing on screen takes to appear, and how long the page sits unresponsive while it loads. Those are the six. Nothing proprietary, and nothing you cannot re-run yourself.

The report also counts what the page does visually — how many typefaces it runs, what state the images are in, what a customer actually sees on a phone. What it never gives you is an opinion about taste. A number you can check yourself is worth more than one you cannot.

  2. You get the report

A short document naming what we found, where we found it, and what each item means for someone trying to become your customer. Every claim in it is checkable.

  3. Then you decide

If the report says your site is fine, that is the answer, and it costs you nothing. You are not signing anything to find out.

Where the work stops.

What we build

  • Website audits, with measurements you can reproduce
  • Rebuilds of small-business websites
  • New websites from scratch, if you do not have one yet
  • Moving your existing domain across
  • Hosting, monitoring and search-position work after launch, month to month

What we don't do

  • Paid advertising, Meta or Google Ads
  • Social media management
  • Anything billed before you have seen evidence

No website at all? Then there is nothing to measure, and that is its own answer: every one of those six numbers is a zero because the page a customer would have landed on does not exist. It is also the easiest place to start, because there is nothing to undo. Same method either way — we build it, then measure it, and you see the numbers.

Prices are quoted per job after the audit, because the audit is what tells us the size of the job. There is no public rate card and no package to pick from.

Start with the audit.

A 15-minute call, or an email with your address in it. Either way the next thing that happens is that your site gets measured.
